• Enquiries — anything you send us through a contact or trade enquiry form, by email or on WhatsApp.
• Basket data — the items in your basket are stored in your own browser so they are still there when you return. They stay on your device.

This website has no customer accounts, so we do not collect or store passwords.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store card numbers, bank details or any other payment credentials on this website.

Why we use it

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order.
• To contact you about that order.
• To answer your enquiry.
• To meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed food business.

Who we share it with

Only where it is needed to fulfil your order — for example, giving your delivery address to the courier carrying your parcel. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them to support the order and to meet legal and tax requirements. Enquiry messages are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Third-party content

Some pages embed a Google Map, and our social buttons link to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies and their own handling of any data they collect when you interact with them.
